As Operations & Performance Manager, you will join the technical team and take full ownership of the operational management of wind farms across the portfolio (currently around 650MW and growing). You will act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, including service providers, regulatory bodies, and technical consultants.
Your responsibilities will include:
Operational Management of Wind Farms
- Selection, contractual negotiation, and supervision of service providers and subcontractors.
- Implementation of monitoring tools and asset optimization strategies.
- Preparation of performance reports and presentation to management and shareholders.
- Planning and incident management across operational sites.
- Oversight of insurance matters related to operations.
- Monitoring regulatory developments impacting operations.
- Collaboration with finance and portfolio managers on budget tracking and audit responses.
Internal Technical Office
- Performance analysis and optimization of curtailment plans (environmental, acoustic), compensatory measures, and environmental monitoring.
- Coordination with development and procurement teams to optimize turbine selection and site layout.
- Liaison with external technical advisors and contribution to financial and M&A assumptions.
- Civil engineering background.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience (role can be adapted to seniority).
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and adaptability.
- Experience in contract management and negotiation is a strong asset
- Prior experience in the energy sector is a plus, but not mandatory.
